We are looking for a full time Social Worker to manage a caseload of around 30 residents, responsible for maintaining all proper documentation, conduct skills training groups and support for those residents. Our residents predominantly have some form of mental illness or cognitive deficit, and may require some assistance with some day to day activities and tasks. The minimal requirement for the position is a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, CADC and one year experience working with the mental illness population, however, we are willing to train the right motivated person. The Job duties include completing all required documentation for each resident, providing one to one care for residents experiencing mood or behavioral issues, assisting residents as needed with social service activities.
